Rights and License
Articles published in the Journal of Emerging Supply Chain, Clean Energy and Process Engineering (JESCEE) are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License.
Authors retain the copyright to their work. Users may read, copy, distribute, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to the original authors and JESCEE, and derivative works adhere to the same license.

JESCEE utilizes the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, allowing readers to share and adapt the content non-commercially, provided they comply with:
- Attribution: Properly credit the original authors and JESCEE.
- NonCommercial: Content cannot be used commercially.
- ShareAlike: Modified works must be distributed under identical terms.
Author’s Warranties
Authors affirm that their submissions are original, unpublished, free from unlawful or infringing content, and appropriately cited.
User Rights
Users may freely share and adapt JESCEE articles for non-commercial use, following the license guidelines described above.
Rights Retained by Authors
- Copyright and intellectual property rights, including patents.
- Reuse content in their own future academic works.
- Reproduce articles for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Self-archive articles following JESCEE's policies.
Co-Authorship
The submitting author guarantees authority from all co-authors and has informed them of the publication terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with two months’ notice if significant breaches are not remedied within one month of notification.
Royalties
Authors waive rights to royalties or fees for article usage by JESCEE and its sublicensees.
Miscellaneous
JESCEE will publish accepted articles open-access without reader charges, may adapt articles for style consistency, and reserves sublicensing rights.
